General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Yellow Brick (hereinafter "Agency") and its clients for all services offered (e.g. consulting, workshops, design).

2. Offer & Conclusion of Contract

Offers are subject to change without notice. A contract is concluded upon written confirmation (also by email) or upon booking an appointment.

3. Scope of services & duty to cooperate

The scope of the work is determined by the quote or booking. The client must provide the agency with all information required for execution within the agreed timeframe.

4. Appointments & Cancellation

Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge.

5. Remuneration & Payment

Prices are based on the current price list or an individually agreed quotation. Invoices are payable within 10 days.

6. Liability

The agency is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data. It is only liable for direct damages in cases of gross negligence or intent.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

The agency treats all client data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For further information, see our privacy policy.

8. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the agency's registered office.
